Every delivery includes full documentation and a walkthrough session. We include a 14-day post-launch window where we handle any bugs at no charge. After that you can maintain it yourselves — most clients do — or move to a support retainer for ongoing monitoring and improvements.
Yes. We follow data minimization principles and only access what's necessary to build and test. For clients in sensitive industries, we default to self-hosted architectures so data never leaves your environment. We're happy to sign NDAs and work within your existing data security policies.
